Once your order is processed, it will be shipped.

Since we work with international suppliers, delivery times may vary:

  • USA, UK, Canada: 3–5 business days
  • Europe: 7–15 business days
  • Middle East (UAE, Saudi, etc.): 8–15 business days
  • Rest of the World: 10–20 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs or external factors.


3. Shipping Cost

  • We offer Free Shipping on all orders (or customize if needed).

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking updates may take 2–5 days to appear.


5. Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs clearance
  • Natural events
  • Courier issues

However, we will assist you in tracking your order.


6. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping details are correct.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


7. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days.
We will investigate and offer a replacement or refund if applicable.


8. Split Shipments
